William Dagher
William Dagher is President of i-Plexus Solutions.
William has over 25 years of health care services and healthcare technology experience. Previously, William was president of the e-Health Solutions division for Per-Se Technologies (formerly known as Medaphis) (NASDAQ symbol = PSTI) with over $60 million in revenue and 55,000 physicians, until it was merged with the Software Division of Per-Se Technologies. Under William's leadership, the e-Health division was the fastest growing Per-Se division for four years and it became the second largest medical clearinghouse in the industry. Prior to becoming President of the e-Health division, William was Chief Information Officer for all of the divisions of Per-Se including the Physician Services Division which is the largest billing service in the country with over 15,000 physicians. Per-Se acquired NDC Health in 2006 and Per-Se was purchased by McKesson (NYSE Symbol = MCK) in 2007.
Prior to joining Per-Se, William held several positions with MedPartners including Vice President of Information Systems and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. MedPartners (now known as Caremark (NYSE symbol = CMX), was the largest physician aggregator in the physician market place and is a leading Pharmacy Benefit Management Company with over $33 billion in annual revenue. William was national director for the physicians systems consulting practice for KPMG Peat Marwick prior to joining MedPartners. Caremark was purchased by CVS (NYSE Symbol = CVS) in 2007.
William holds a Bachelors of Science degree in healthcare administration and a Masters of Science degree in business administration and finance from the University of Baltimore
Chris Blair
Chris, a co-founder of i-Plexus, is its Chief Marketing Officer.
Chris has over 20 years of business development experience in the information technology and telecommunications fields.
Chris has overseen rapid growth in multiple organizations (from start ups to large public companies). In his last position, prior to starting i-Plexus, he managed alliances and partnerships for Cingular Wireless which was purchased by AT&T (NYSE Symbol = T)
Chris holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Administration and Political Science from James Madison University and a Masters of Public Health from the
University of South Carolina.
Tuan Chu
Tuan is Chief Technology Officer for i-Plexus. Previously Tuan was with Per-se
Technologies medical claims clearinghouse - the second largest in the industry,
where he had responsibility for the product development and maintenance of all
the Web-based medical claims software and infrastructure. Under Tuan's
leadership, numerous innovative products were released including patient
self-service, real time eligibility and claim status, and elaborate claim
submission and payer reconciliation reporting.
Tuan has over fifteen years of experience in the software and military industry
with a heavy emphasis on pioneering new innovations in the technology and
software sectors.
Tuan holds a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech
and a Masters of Business Administration from New Hampshire College.
