If you would like to submit a test file to confirm that we can readily read in and process your claim file prior to signing a contract, please follow the directions below:
  1. Select the "Access Tab" and login in with the user name and password provided to you by your i-Plexus sales representative.
  2. Click the "submit" tab. You will now have a confirmation on the red tab that you are logged in as demo.
  3. Click on the Applications Tab, then click the sub-tab of "File Mgmt Ctr" and then the click an additional sub-tab of "File Mgmt". You will now be at the File Transfer Center.
  4. Under the drop down menu of "Account ID" Select the "Test" from the drop down menu.
  5. Under the "Upload Section" click on the "Browse" button to look for the claim file you want to upload and once you have found the file, select it and click open.
  6. The final step is for you to click the "Upload" button.
  7. Once you have done so, you will receive a confirmation message in the "Message" area right above the "Up Load Section" area. Record the unique Iplexus File Name assigned to your file.
  8. When you have completed all the steps above, please call toll free at 866-337-4014 or email sales@iplexus.net the following pieces of information:
    • your contact information, including: name, phone number, and email (if available).
    • the unique Iplexus File Name
Please note that while i-Plexus can confirm if we are able to read and process your file as a valid electronic format , it does not necessarily mean that the file contains all the required data for us to create error free claims to be sent to the payers. After you have chosen i-Plexus as your clearing house, our staff will work with you during implementation to ensure that your submissions, processed through our front-end edit engine, are free of content errors and can be successfully generated to the carriers for adjudication.
