i-Plexus Transaction Pricing Summary

Three Pricing Options are available with Claims
|
Free Claims Plan: Any payer under the "2-a Free Plan" Column of the i-Plexus "Payer Listing (Claim)" tab found under the "Getting Started" main tab of our web site is free so long as you don't send Medicare, Blue Cross/Shield or Medicaid claims.
Fixed Monthly Fee: There is a fixed monthly fee of $70 per provider per month. The more providers you send the less this per provider fee is.
Per Transaction Fee: This plan starts at 35 cents a claim and goes as low as 15 cents a claim depending on the volume but there is a minimum monthly fee of $60 a month if you plan on sending less than 172 claims a month.

Eligibility Pricing
|
|
Unlimited eligibility checking for up to a 80 payers for a fixed monthly fee:
|
$10 a month for a single provider tax ID
$20 a month for a 2 to 5 provider tax ID
$30 a month for a > 5 provider tax ID
|
|
All other payers beyond the "group of 80" under the unlimited plan will be billed out 22 cents a transaction.

Patient Statement Pricing
|
|
64 cents a patient statement including the cost of a first class postage stamp and return envelop on color printed form
|
|
|
Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Printed Claims
|
ERA are 10 cents per transaction
Printed claims included first class postage are 42 cents per transaction

Transaction Bundled Pricing Plans, Volume Pricing, and our Price Guarantee
|
We offer fixed bundled price plans per provider per month for unlimited claims, ERAs, and eligibility. This plan starts at $85 a month per provider and goes down in price as the volume of providers increases.
We offer volume pricing that pretty much suites the needs of your organization.from a flat fixed monthly to a sliding scale based on volume or provider.
We offer the "lowest price guarantee" on documented competitive offers with similar features, functions and services.

Two Pricing Options are available with our Billing Service
|
Full Service: Under this plan we provide the full service of demographic entry, charge entry, insurance billing, balance billing of the patient, insurance follow up, patient follow up, patient statements, receiving calls from your patients, and full management reports. Our fees are based on a percentage of what we collect and typically the higher the monthly reimbursement amount and the higher the reimbursement per charge, the lower our fees will be.
Charge Entry: Under this plan, we provide a service of entering your patient demographics and charges, generating the insurance bills to the insurance companies, and management reporting. We leave the rest of the processes to you. Our fees are based on a fixed fee per charge entered.
